1. Returns

- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to reasons other than a manufacturer's defect may not be eligible for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. A replacement product will be dispatched within 6-7 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
2. Refunds
If a refund is preferred instead of a replacement, it will be processed within 10-15 days to your original method of payment. Please note that this timeframe includes the return shipping period.
